T he Gala Committee is looking for help in the following areas:
Do you have a flair for words? We are looking for people who can help us with our Gala Program
(i.e help make a silent auction item into more than words on a page).
The majority of this work can be done at home on the computer, so
please contact Barbara Sadowski if you are interested in helping us with this.
Help to sell raffle tickets! Barbara Sadowski is looking for help in putting up flyers and selling raffle tickets. Raffles this year will include a full year's tuition at SJS. The more folks selling the better!
Do you have a few moments during the day at home to make a few calls. Our Advertising Committee could use your help. Please contact Christine Sebastian if you can help her by making a few calls to potential advertisers.
Do you enjoy talking with local business owners? Maybe you can make a stop or two at a local business and help the Solicitation Committee make a few contacts. Please give Diane Miller a call if you think you might be able to help here. Don't forget, if you have a business contact but don't have the time to make the initial contact, just let Diane know.
This year we are adding a family fun night the Friday before the Gala. We are currently looking for volunteers to organize the evening of events for our children and their parents. Please contact Barbara or Diane if this sounds like something you and your friends would like to do.
