Please read your gift certificates carefully!  When the donor has not provided a gift certificate, the signed auction donor card provided to you will serve as the gift certificate. Do not discard this card.

Group bidding is welcome and is an excellent way to join together and share many of the larger items (i.e., parties, trips, etc.). However, one person must be responsible for the bidding. For auction night check out, the entire bid amount will appear on the receipt of the group's representative. The representative is responsible for collection for the other bidders.  If the group representative notifies the Gala Chair within two weeks, arrangements can be made to issue separate thank you letters to each individual purchaser.
